The Holland Brothers Series

I just read all three of Toni Griffin Holland Brother"Mate series" and I adore it.

 The first book Unexpected mate was sweet and endearing with Marcus Holland unexpectedly  meeting his mate Brian on the side of the road when Brian's car has a flat. Ever the heterosexual male Marcus was thrown for a loop to see that his destined mate is a male. This is a story about forgiveness, understanding and most of all love. If you want a sweet romance read this book it will help you on your way to understanding all of the Holland brothers.

The second book in this series is Determined Mate, this book made me cry and in the beginning and hoped in the in. Pack Alpha Alex Holland  never thought he would find his mate until he hears Brian talking to his best friend Jason. Even with that great werewolf hearing Alex still had a hard time wrapping his mind around his mate.When scared and emotional hurt Jason pulls up to the Holland house not not only does he find Brian but he meets his mate and an jealous Marcus. Not feeling like he can deal with meeting his mate he turns and runs only to be tackled by Alex. Can you what a way to say hello. All I am going to say is you have to read this book to see if Jason gets his wolf and does Alex gets his mate. I will not tell.

Book three in this series is Protective mate all i say is who say men can not raise daughters. Simon Holland has been feeling melancholy since his older brothers have found their mates and he is wondering if he will find his. Not know that the new wold who is sitting in his living room is not only his mate Zach, but wait he has a two year old Daughter!!!!!!..Simon is not sure what to think or how to handle this situation. But then there is more drama when Brian ends up very ill and no one and i mean no one knows what is the matter with him. Will Simon get his mate? Will Zach finally meet a man who will love his daughter as much as him? Will they ever find out what is wrong with Brian? I will not tell.

You have to read these books and fall in love with them damn sexy Holland Brothers.

Why are E-books so short

I have to say lately i have been reading a lot of m/m e-books, and I am sad to say that they are so short that I am  reading them in under an hour. I am trying to figure out why they rush a good plot to may be anywhere from 50 to 100 pages. I mean a good story does not need to be rushed. I wish the authors and publishers make the e-book a little bit longer.

Tea Party are they for america or your all around garden variety bigots

I have to say I never knew that the tea party was so worried about the personal hygiene of the the poor. Lets take the New York tea party candidate for governor. This man and I am using that term loosely wants to open up prison camps or better yet internment camps for people on welfare. I am trying to understand what in the name of humanity made him think that people on welfare are dirty people. He has the gall the balls to disrespect the poor. This is coming from a man who sent out racist cards to his friends and family. A man and again I am using that term soooooooooo damn loosely who is suppose to be so moral that he had a child outside of his marriage. I know that is not here or there but he who lives in glass houses should not be casting stones. If the tea party was so much for America the they should have drooped his ass off their party ticket as soon as he made that asinine, bigoted jacked ass of an Idea. What the hell are we going back to the days of Jim crow and Slavery. Cause lawdy lawd lets not let the good for nothing welfare recipients  escape they will track them down quicker than they did Dred Scott.

What has happened to good old fashion in your face hated ,no the next generation of bigot hide behind Glenn Beck( a man who is more unstable then the U.S. economy and my damn period altogether.) and tea party movement. Wait wait if this pompous, asshole even wins,1 I will be leaving NYS  and 2. I guess they will be holding public lynching of welfare recipients who do not go into the god awful prison camps.

Instead of worrying about foreign terrorist groups we need to worry more about home grown nuts like the ones in the tea party and the media crack pots that they listen to.

The MTA not going your way

I have to say Jay Holder President of the MTA is a money hungry , service slashing, greedy asshole. No he is not alone Look at the MTA board members most of them are making money from an agency that is always crying broke. I bet you a dollar there are so many sets of financial books peter is robbing pay to pay John. Lets not even talk about our lame duck no balls governor and the NYS Senate who have no balls to get rid of Pedro " I am so crooked " Espada.  If our lame duck governor can but his noose in to the proposed mosque issue then he can do the same thing with the MTA give the NYS Public Service Commission the power it needs to regulate them fools at the MTA. But no he is so incompetent that my teenage son can do a better job of being governor.

I know New Yorkers are getting fed up the rising cost of metro cards and an lazy governor who does not care about the people of his state.SMFH. I will not be paying $130.00 for a monthly metro card. If they try the same shyt that they tried to do with the students metro card. As a parent who pays her taxes I will sue the MTA and Holder himself.

How long before the Federal government come in and do an actual audit of the MTA books the ones for the public and the pones they keep behind lock doors.

In the words of singer Lenka" I want my money back, I want my money back. I did not vote for Patterson." But yet it would also be fitting to say "Hay-hay,Ho-ho Jay Holder has got to go"
